ABOUT US
For over 10 years, we've been providing leading-edge connectivity and communications solutions for small and medium-sized businesses in New York City as AMI Global Networks. In 2004 we repositioned ourselves by employing software engineers, system designers, strategic partners and vendors. Since that time, we have grown to include a wide-variety of services such as private networks, hosted solutions, voice services, remote-hands and on-site services as well as a nationwide data network footprint and international voice traffic.
Today we are a company of software engineers, network designers and system specialists. Our goal is to create a comprehensive platform of networks and services by doing so, provide a portfolio of products to offer our customers that are a cut above other providers. No sales gimmicks, no marketing team using buzz words or convoluded terms, no frills, truly just engineers and technies doing what they love.

Network Operations
Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is one of our most unique features. A completely virtual NOC created by our software engineers in cooperations with our network architects, this customized Software As A Service (SAAS) serves one purpose, to ensure that our network is performing at the optimal levels it was designed to.
Should any of our systems be experience any problem, no matter how small or insignificant, an alert is sent to our on-call operators who immediately see this on their screens. The system provides a determination of all possible causes and they work together with our engineers to resolve the matter so that our customers never miss a beat. We feel that it is best to have a strong first-line of defense.
